| There are (don't know who) but did you already try to raise the limit? I don't know how many e-mails you send but with a explanation it can be raised with most providers.
An other option is a managed VPS I gues.

| You need good reason of no email limit or even VPS could be disconnected in no time.
There are bulk mail providers but be prepared to pay big money if you plan to send 10000+ emails per month.

| I would say a VPS would be your best bet as you are aiming for a no email limit host.

| Reseller hostings have a limit for sending email max per hour. You can buy a VPS if you want to have your own resources.
