Resellers with Support for your own customers

Posted by SimonMc, 07-25-2008, 05:04 AM
Hi All, I am looking for a reseller that also supports my customers. I have tried signing up with Innohosting but during the sign-up process I had a bit of a hick-up and now they have marked me down as fraud (I spend over $800 a month with HTTPME by the way so they can vouch for me) Sent an email to Rameen but not yet had any feedback. Tried calling their sales number in the UK but no joy getting through there. Can anyone recommend a reseller hosting business that supports the end users customers too? Other than Innhosting of course. Thanks, Simon

There are quite a few companies around that provide end user support. Some that come to mind (besides InnoHosting) are: FlyHigh ResellerZoom iHubNet FlyHigh seems to have a good reputation around here.

Hi Simon, Just a note that your account is ready to be activated... I understand our fraud measures may be stricter than what is considered normal. But likewise, I'm sure you will appreciate the extra effort we put in to ensure our customers have a reliable web hosting service

oH NO..... Went through the verification.... put in the right number...but still failed. I must be a fraud The problem is ... The boss...thats me ... is sitting on his fat arse in Sweden. The guys in the office who answered the call with the secret paqss code are in the UK. My IP does not agree with the IP in the UK and again I am marked down as fraud. Not very flexible is it? Any way ... I am sure Rameen can overcome these issues and make my account active...Can't he???? Surely he can..... Simon

Hi simon. Don't create a new order as it will keep asking you to go through the fraud verification. Instead just login at client.innohosting.com and clear the invoice. Alternatively simply use the send money feature on paypal to send the invoice amount to billing@innohosting.com. If you wish, pm me a number i can call you on and at what time so i can sort it all out over the phone for you

EUKhost offer reseller packages and provide free end user support to their customers, I purchased a reseller from them.

Thats nice but the op managed to sort things out with inno if you had read the thread you would probably know that. Whats your domain with them ? or you can sumbit it to the helpdesk. Glad to see the op got things sorted out.

Hi Simon, Don't forget to send an email to Steven and let him know why you are leaving (or looking elsewhere for services). (At the very least, just post into the forums and let him know...) The ability to offer 3rd party support to our customers is a feature I would *love* to see at HTTPme, so the more people who request it, the better. (BTW - I'm the guy you were corresponding with about the /logos/ pages in google.)
