i choose one of the 5 best reseller here i do not want to mentioned the hosting company. I would like to ask if other experience the same thing as mine... 1. i check email trough ENTOURge and outlook when i check email there was always error Connection to the server failed or was dropped. and when i send email Cannot send mail. The SMTP server does not recognize any of the authentication methods supported by Entourage. Try changing the SMTP authentication options in Account settings or contact your network administrator. I have test 2 webhosting and i cannot receive this 2 error in my outlook or entourage.. \ My webhosting always asked me what IP i use.. Is there any connection with my ip in the error i receive in my email? 2. in my whm kindl see the pic2 attached for reference . I would like to ask what is the overseling in the the whm i have? do you think guys this is the reason why i have always dropped my connection in the server? 3. i want to remove the THeme CHANGER in WHM is this possible? They told me this is the default in CPANEL.. but i used XTHEME so the FEATURE that i set to FEATURE manager for the cpanel will only be available for CPANEl. But when my customer change the theme of their cpanel to RVskin all the feature of cpanel they can view it eventhough you disbale it in WHM feauture manager.. so there is no SENSE for making feature that available for cpanel if the customer can change their theme to RVSKIN... I think i should disbale the theme changer in cpanel so my customer will not change their theme the theme that i assign in their acoount they will use it the theme that i assign to theme is X2 theme so the feautere that i set to be available for cpanel this is the only thing that can see.. no more no less... So all the reseller webhosting i would like to ask is this normal? the error that i get and not possble the no3 request.. Attached Thumbnails

Just a quick question, but, how did you come up with your reseller being one of the top 5? looks like 10 GB of disk space and 100 GB of transfer with overselling enabled.... well, that is a fair amount of resources, especially in cpanel single server environments - may I ask how much you are paying for that package?

The IP address is sometimes needed. But looking at your error message, I'm not seeing any relevance.

ok i will give now the reseller hosting... Hostnine handle my reseller i get their website trough this site... I think their reseller aree good and support are good... But still i on the stage of testing their servie and server... I only have 10 days to decide if i will stick to them So can u help me to decide? I like their support in chat that my other webhostng reseller dont have... 'But i experience problem in my email kindly see the attached file .. Is this natural? I still on the stage if i will go to hostagtor or not.... please help! Attached Thumbnails

Have you actually checked any of the "Authentication" methods as that is what Entourage suggests? What is the error in Outlook? I've seen people try to enable SSL for their SMTP login info. that will cause problems, because most hosts do not support it. However, I have no experience with Entourage and I'd assume that it is one of the "SMTP Authentication" options.

sir good day!my outlook now ok but my i have the still the same error in entourage ... In my last 2 host i did not receive this error.. i do not enable the ssl bec i do not have ssl in my webhost...
