i like to give only ftp acess to that cpanel not http it possible ?

| Yes. Set up an FTP account with a different password, and grant access to the directories as required (/public_html for instance). As long as it's not the same as the main password, all he can access is FTP.

| You mean the whole domain should be connected using port 21 (ftp) and should not be accessed using port 80 (http)?

| For achieving this, please set up a new FTP user with different password.
