(No)Authentication problem with Exim in cPanel server

Hi all, I want to introduce myself before asking because I'm new in this community. I have a little VPS (cPanel, CentOS) like hobby and I like to have it in perfect conditions. I looked for that problem but I didn't found anything after looking at sites and sites, so I decided to post it here if anyone could help me. I received some spam (3 emails in 1 week) from my server and I started to investigate why, I found anybody can send email from my server connecting by telnet to the port 25 . I just want to config exim to tell "550 authentication required" when somebody try to send emails without authentication but I don't know how to do it The telnet log is like: I enable require verify sender and sender_headers and could stop it by sending emails from anybody, but I just want to force everybody to authenticate. Thanks in advance.

Ok I found the "problem". If you logged in the last 30 min. you are able to send mails without authenticate. Now I'll look closely the access log.
