| hello,
let start by saying that I am not trying to start anything here, I am just trying to get help from someone at ddihosting. If I am in the wrong let me know and I will figure out another way to get help for ddi's support.
I am have issues trying to add domains, keep getting an error. I have opened a ticket, I responded three times to that ticket without any response from support. I have left a message with there live. I have called and left a message about my ticket. it has been three days.
I know that ddi is a fairly young company and I believe that they improve, I just need help with my issue and I know that they read through these forums.

| If you are your trying to add domains in your reseller package, then the question is have you created the domain template(package) in your reseller account.
PS: I am not from DDI, I am having a reseller account with them

I have added three accounts. Then I deleted one and I would not leave my domain list. I sent in a ticket about that and two days later larry emailed me and he handled. Then I added a domain and it was working fine then I added the phpbb forum and was getting a login box when I went to my site. so I removed the forum through the control panel and all my folders were deleted. I sent in a ticket, no response from support. then a day or so later that domain was gone. Now I try to add a domain, either with a templete or with out. and I get an error message:
FileList::init() failed: ls_dir_wrapper() failed: Unable to set the object (?C:Websitesvhostswebgraphds.com) owner: (5) Access is denied.
0: Crogram FilesSWsoftPleskadminhtdocsfilemanagerfilemanager.php:545 psaerror(string "FileList::init() failed: ls_dir_wrapper() failed: Unable to set the object (?C:Websitesvhostswebgraphds.com) owner: (5) Access is denied.")
and
failed domain creation: unable to update domain data: failed mail post-configuration: can't create mail domain service: mail manager -> addDomain() failed mail mng faild run-time error: MEAOPO.PostOffice.addPost ofice failed.
I am a very self sustaining person and usually never have any issue, but this is out of my hand.

| I got very similar error message that's exactly like this (minus the 'Title:' & 'Message:':
Title: [JavaScript Application]
Message: Failed domain creation: Unable to update domain data: Failed mail post-configuration: Can't create mail domain servie: mailManager- >addDomain() failed: mailmng failed: Run-Time error: MEAOPO.PostOffice.AddPostOfifce failed
I assume that's what you meant to type.
This message is from SwSoft Plesk 7.0.2 when I try to add domain euphoricore.com.
I'd previously had version 7.0.1 on my server and uninstalled it to install the new one.
Before that error I got one saying something like you can't delete a backup that's already there, so I deleted the folder euphoricore.com in the backup directory of Plesk and that error went away

| It's nice to see the DDI support has moved to webhostingtalk.com.
emevas1977, there is a lengthy post regarding DDI in the forums here already. You may be best off to find an alternate host and then ask them for support.
