Hi guys, Have any one of u experience hostdime.com before ?? i am thinking to sign up a reseller plan with them ?? are they a reliable company ?? by the way, is there any other cheaper and more reliable companies around besides of hostdime ? please advise..

I've been a hostdime reseller for a little over a year now. When I first signed up with them they were in the early stages of setting up their datacenter in Florida. Support at that time was not always as good as it could have been. Since they got the DC up and running support improved quite a bit. These days they are quick to respond to any tickets I've submitted. I've had little to no downtime on their servers, and I can say without reservation that I'd recommend them.

Alicia, Im signup hostdime, with a reseller account (my first) and Im very happy. Im using hostdime about 20 days, and no downtime, very fast server and access. The support is very quickly, no more than 30 minutes to answer, and the price and plans is great ! Alvaro Rio de Janeiro - BRASIL

Hi there, I have been with them now for around 4 months on a reseller account. My biggest compliment that I can pay them is their tech support. All of my questions and problems have been addressed in a timely fashion. In fact the fastest one to date was answered before I could click the link to check the page after submiting the ticket. I am sure someone here will have a negative to say however the main thing to remember is that noone can satisfy everyone all of the time.

thanks for the idea,,, i head that surpass hosting also belongs to them.,, since hostdime tech support is quite good, then surpass hosting should be not bad ad well right ?? surpass hosting price is pretty low... it sounds pretty good if that company is from the hostdime as well. what do u guys think ? hostdime or surpasshosting ? p.s: currently i am using lypha and imhosted.. imhosted support is getting better now =) but lypha still so-so.. i am looking for another reliable and affordable reseller hosting plan.. on top of my list now is hostdime and surpasshosting.. please advise..

I heard that hostdime and surpasshosting are the same company. Who told me this was one of their clients.

From looking at the WhoIS information it seems that Surpass and HostDime are indeed the same people just working under 2 different identities. ..Surprised at this one.

Yep they are sister companies, I came across yet another sister company but it had lousy costs, and I can't remember who is was now

Couldn't say, but I'm pretty sure that they have the same support staff, I've submitted support ticket to both and received replies from the same people.

It is pretty well known that the two are sister companies, also including HasWeb.com. They make use of the same support staff, but have their own administrative and billing teams, to the best of my knowledge.

But they deserve my props anyway. It is rare to see a staff that can handle multiple companies without screwing up.
