The IP address of your VPS has probably been blacklisted and added to Real Time Blacklists (RBLs). To find out if this is true: go to www.robtex.com and punch in the IP address of your VPS and hit enter. It should say whether your IP address is listed in known public RBLs. You could also check at two of the larger RBLs, www.spamcop.net and www.spamhaus.org If your IP address is listed, then your server might be sending out SPAM. It is also a possibility that if your VPS is brand new, that a previous customer of the IP address was a spammer or had issues with SPAM, such as an open relay. Contact your VPS provider and see if they can switch your IP address. If you run a mailserver on your VPS, you need to check to be sure it is not an open relay. I suggest www.abuse.net/relay.html to check your server. If it says your server isn't an open relay, then you might still have a problem with a PHP script or one of your customers. If this is a bit over your head, then I'd recommend hiring a system admin to handle this for you. Check the employment offers forum here.

This is clearly looks like a blacklisting issue. You need to make sure hostname is set on your server and resolving to your server IP. rDNS is set for the main IP pointing. IP is not blacklisted in any of the RBL lists. You can check it at http://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx Make sure non of the accounts of your server are sending spam/bulk emails from your server which caused the blacklisting of the IP. Once above things are achieved, contact Hotmail, Yahoo etc and ask them to remove your IP from their blacklist as well.
