Urgent: IP addresses do not work

Hi,
I got a serious problem here.
I was working with my server until 30 min ago. suddenly public IP addresses stopped working. I have access to the server directly from the console and local IPs with putty.
What can I do to get it live again?

Hi, what changes did you do before it went down?
Do you have an IP i can try to ping?

The only thing I did which the server worked before and couple of minutes after that was to recreate the account that my hostname is based on that domain. thats it.
but now when I check the IP in browser it does not resolve. none of the IP addresses.

Hi,
Is it a linux based server . If yes, try to restart the service iptables .

I've disabled the internal IP address.
restarted the server.
typed the command you provided.
now I can ping the server from local net work by public IP addresses. but when I use a vpn connection from outside world. I can not see anything. I asked couple of friends from UK and Middle East to check and they can not either ping or see anything.
Please advise.

seems to be a routing issue with the IP. You need to contact the DC admins regarding this.

sounds like a gateway issue or a DC issue
