Has anyone got anything to say about uk.kualo.com and cloockhost.com? Especially the level of customer service and reliability... Ta, Michelle

Kualo.com is great.. I browse their forums frequently. Their ticket responses are very very fast (usually in ~15 mins). They've got good uptime, and a caring staff. You can always give them a try!

I've been browsing the forums of both, and I'm struggling to see little difference apart from price! Both seem to have top support etc. Decisions decisions!

I see a lot on this forum about both. Although I've never dealt with either, I would suggest Clookhost as they seem to have a good rapport with their customers.

I've never been a customer of Clookhost, but I did some business with them providing them with something and it certainly made me consider becoming a customer of theirs.

I've been site hunting for a while now as well and from everything I'm hearing about them I am seriously considering clookHost.com, I like all the offers their offering as well as some of their preinstalled scripts, not to mention excellent time to reply. My only problem now is converting the costs from pounds to dollars so I can better figure out the costs.

Currency Exchange: xe.com (Use GBP > whatever your currency is).

So is clookHost the better choice here? I want to start making finalizing things.

Hmm was checking both hosts to see how fast they were, and to quote Tweety, Kualo "faw down and go boom!" Were they expecting some downtime?

Hi, I can confirm that our Kualo.com sites are currently down, because our main DNS server for Kualo.com is down. We are looking into this, and hope to have a resolution shortly. This is not affecting any of our clients sites, as they are hosted across multiple servers in totally different locations. Best regards, Craig Luke.

Hi Been with kualo for a while, best host I have ever used, Great support times, great staff, and a fairly active community which I like. No major problems ever, but Im sure if I had any they would get sorted quickly.

Hi, I have only just signed up with clook a few days ago and so far, so good. From first impressions they have a very nice operation running and the customer service has been fantastic. I have put a few support tickets in and they have all been answered within 20 minutes and most around the 10 minute mark. Regards, Dave <>Signatures are to be set up via your control panel. Thought I would reply to this thread I started... I went with ClookHost.com in the end and I have been nothing but extremely pleased. Support is excellent. Tickets are answered extremely quickly and of a great help. Their forums have a brilliant atmosphere created between customers and the staff. They are know what they are on at here, the costs are brilliant, everyone is friendly, great uptime and... just about everything. It's like its own little community Brilliant.. and I thought my last host was excellent. Clook just wipes the floor.

As people like to see posts not just from new customer with companies... It's now been about 9 months that I've been with Clook.net for a reseller package. Still with very very happy with them and everything Clook stil come highly recommended! You can't go wrong with them.

I absolutely agree!

Clook are good, but once you start using up loads of bandwidth, it does get quite expensive, and this is where i was "caught out" so to speak. When your choosing a host, remember to look at the upgrade options...

clook is absolutely incredible, definitely one of the top 10 reseller web hosts IMHO. Good choice.

I've been with Kualo for a good few months now, and I am very impressed. They reply to tickets usually within minutes, and they won't hide the fact when something is wrong - they actually let you know about the odd occasion when things go "tits up" in the forums. A wholehearted recommendation from me!

We have used Kualo for almost a year now. All I can say is that their service is top-notch. From our own personal experience they will bend over backwards to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service. Overall they are reliable, honest, upfront, devoted, hard working, customer-orientated, knowledgeable and very friendly indeed. I never thought we'd find a host that we could call 'home' for this long. We are still happy to be a Kualo customer and have not looked elsewhere since moving to them.

Clookhost are top quality! You just can not fault Jim and his team. I have been with them about a year now with a Reseller Account, and they are tremendous for support and server speeds/uptime. Recommend to anyone/everyone!

Bringing up 6 month old posts is a no no. Best to start a new thread .
