Posted by Jori, 11-20-2003, 04:30 AM
Hi I like putting my normal customers on reseller plans as I do not need to worry anything about the server. I am with some good companies that host on NAC. howver, He.net has better speed to my country, are there any good providers that use He.net please? Jori

I personally used noc24 's "contact " on their website for some pre-sales enquiries. No replies at all. is it normal? how fast do you answer your questions?

Onefusion uses newest whm/cpanel (I think 8.5) They did not update pages for a long, long time.

Hi samdax, how long have u been with onefusion? how's their support/uptime/etc? I'm curious because when I was looking for host I sent them a couple of emails which they took a few days to answer.

I have reseller account with onefusion for one year (maybe 13 months). Since November 2002 - till now they have excellent uptime. There was short downtime in July (couple hours), but average is about more than 99, 6% by my opinion (this is not official statistic) I did not use their support to much as I make only two tickets in all year and answer take about 16-24 hours. P = Fast servers, good uptime, nice costs … C = Bed support, there is no communication with customers, bed web site …

Please contact me directly for any questions you might have. Meanwhile; I will search for your inquiry and find out where the error occured. This is most probably an oversight on editing a webpage. My guess is that they are up to date with cPanel just like the rest of us are. I would not let that stop me from discussing available services with them.
