| Whats up with these guys down at least five times in the last week??? anyone else having problems?

Ive never had any expiernce with them myself, but surely downtime 5 times in 1 week is worthy of a refund or some sort of discount to its hostees

| We did a little checking around. There was 1 server 'alpha' which the kernel was upgraded recently improperly and did cause some downtime on that box this week. That could be the server that he is referring to. All other servers have been up without problem. ID please email me mattw@************.com and i will see if we can't work out your issues.

| I was one of the resellers when they started up, their service was top notch, however downtime occured as they grown big. I'm sure Matt has fixed the problem and hope you have a pleasant experience with them.
Still a good provider tho
