What's best software for check services under windows server and alert when anything work wrong ?

1. You can use Windows built-in alerts and monitoring features.
2. You can use tools like Nagios, Munin, Cacti to monitor the linux and windows servers.

You can use the nagios plugins for monitoring windows systems.

Something tells me OP would not have much success setting up Nagios, especially win targets.
OP: the Links provided should give you in-dept steps to understand and setup "windows built-in alerts and monitoring features".
I'm afraid if you don't understand those, there is not much anyone else can do.
