Hi I'm looking for recommendations on any US based hosts that: 1) are stable and have a good rep and good backbone 2) Use HELM software 3) Allow me to make my own customized reseller plans Ive seen lots of places that do all that in the UK, but none in the USA so far. Maybe I've missed them ? --GB

Hi, I have inetio.com account and am happy. They temporary redesigning reseller packages, but you can ask Michael for 30 days trial reseller account by e-mail. Important is daily backups, MSSQL, MySQL, Helm, ASP.NET and so on. The little problems exist but not more than in other windows hosts. Price is bigger than example lnc-hosting.com, but this is essential for 99.9% uptime and good services.

Well I never mentioned price as a factor. You get what you pay for in this world. Maybe Inetio is good, but their website has NO plans (which can't take too long to revise if the were up previously), and they haven't been around long enough for me to rely on them. (A 4 or 5 month old business hasn't enough of a track record for my comfort as I'd be relying on them until I grew enough for a dedicated and/or colocated box) Does anyone know of any OTHER U.S. hosts with reseller accounts with Helm as a control panel ?? Thanks

The only infuseweb.com has not bad reseller plans with Helm. Personally I now that Helm CP is best, made with ASP and later will by ASP.NET. Interesting why did you choose Helm? There are many other windows CP: H-sphere, H.C., WinPanel, Enrix and others.

well Helm seems to do it all, and has the nice features of being able to both grow and contract and use clustering as the needs of servers change.
