| Lack of customer service...it is one guy trying to run a lame reselling company. Looks like he uses freeboost.com to resell hosting. That's what I dug up but I'm not 100%.
The website I had hosted went down once a week, and the customer service is terrible. Aside from my website going down once a week, I could never get more than a one line response from customer service. They respond with one line responses that have no relation to what you are asking.
After emailing them several times trying to get their (his) attention i.e "Can you set up mysql please?" they respond with lines like "We'll do that.", and they don't "do it" until days later, if not weeks.
Never gets done.
They use the word "sorry" about every time you email them (him). Basically, they appolgize for everything, because everything they do is a mistake. In other words, they suck. Apologies don't cut it.
I got one of their ebay "deals".
Bottom line: do not use soniqhost

| I got a Ebay account from Freeboost a couple years ago for like 19.99 for a year of "unlimited" hosting.. after 3 weeks of horrible service and no support I requested a refund.. After 50+ emails and calling the BBB and his local local police I got my 19.99 back and went on my merry way.. But that was a good lesson for me back then and I did learn from it so I kinda made out.. needless to say stay away from Freeboost or anyone that is commected with them.

| With just glancing at that page for a second, I wouldn't ever buy an eBay account. The fact you can't sell 10 GB of web space for $25/month makes me just close the page without looking any further! BTW, eBay and web hosting...the two words don't fit together.

| Soniqhost is not good. It is horrible, and slow, Bad customer service
