Blocking IP Range on Windows

Hey guys, I have a client who needs to block IP range on a windows server. However, he is using Cloud hosting from Rackspace. I guess they are not being corporative in doing so. Anyway to do this without root? Perhaps from the control panel? Any suggestions would be very helpful at this point. Thank you in advance

You could do it using the Ipsec editor

Not without root.

Think of it as a cluster. To do what you are asking would require the server admin to configure every server in the cloud with your IP restrictions. I would ask provider to make a rule in their firewall or load balancer for your application.

Try enabling Windows firewall just deny the entire range. Should be a 5 minutes job.
