What about customer service?

Since most web hosting companies make you do all of the client support face to face, are there people that I can out source to to do the customer service for me? I've heard about some for Unix, but I need one that does Windows, preferably both. Anyone know of anybody that does this? Thanks, Sean <> Last edited by Chicken; 01-31-2002 at 03:13 AM.

I believe bobcares.com does this, not sure if they do Windows or not but you can check them out.

Just basic customer service. From everthing to "how do i use my mail server" to "hey, help! why is my site down?". With my school, I don't have the time to provide the 24/7 help that I would like to.

Providing customer support is a wonderful way to build a relationship with your clients. I find that I have the strongest relationship with the people that ask for the most support. This means LOYALTY and more $$$$$ each month. No offence, but if you can't look after your valued clients because you go to school, then wait until your finished your education and then build your client base etc. I would not dream of giving the support away to a third party.
