Hi all, First time logging in rescue mode, so I'm a little bit confuse, how to change the root passwd?

Sometimes your / partition gets mounted read-only in rescue mode, in this case you'd have to re-mount it read-write before changing the password. But besides that, running passwd should really be sufficient.

Ok, how can I stop the firewall before rebooting the server in normal mode? Thanks again.
