Where to start in linux?

I want to study managing linux server..
But where should I start? I'm totally newbie..

You should start by reading some documentation about the basic commands:

Then I'd suggest that you read about shell pipes:

Once that is done, you should be ready to start learning about the package manager of your system (dpkg, rpm) which varies based on the distribution that you use.
There's a lot more reading possible but I'd advise you focus on the services/protocols that you want to use (ssh, ftp, http, etc) and their relative documentation.
That should be a good start

Take a look.
I'd suggest to install some virtual environment for tests. For instance, with use of virtual box.

I suggest installing it on your PC / a spare PC and try using it for a while as your main OS, it's the best way to learn.
