Posted by Tim356, 05-29-2008, 06:32 PM Overnight, whm reported that one of the sites that I manage had exceeded its bandwidth. Now the first strange thing about this was that the site has been allocated 300mb of bandwidth, yet it had somehow used 450mb before whm reported the bandwidth usage. Then, when I checked through AwStats, it shows only 150mb of usage. What would cause this??
Posted by Lsupport, 05-30-2008, 12:22 AM The usage in awstats can missing particular things downloaded/viewed as well as miss data because of it not running a day. Normally it is close to being as accurate as the bandwidth usage, however, that is not always the case. Run '/scripts/runweblogs USERNAME' and see if you get any errors during the stats run for that user, and check if they are updated if it runs successfully.
