Its possible that the specified perl module is missing .You may need to install the same to get it working

Enter your "cpan" with the cpan command.
After that install missing perl module with whis command:
install CryptasswdMD5
After that run yum update again.

Thanks RoseHosting,
I still have no luck...
#yum update still shows:
Btw, I use rpmforge from http://dag.wieers.com/rpm/FAQ.php#B2
Is it the problem?
Thanks

This is a dependency error, hence related to the yum installation and not the repos

Finly, in your output I didn't see any notes about the priority protections that are mentioned over here in CentOS's rpmforge howtos: http://wiki.centos.org/Repositories/RPMForge
You might have to back out (downgrade or uninstall manually) whatever package is calling for a newer version of the perl module mcrypt, then follow the directions to install priorities, and then upgrade those original packages you backed out again if you'd like.

Thanks Karlkatzke,
Man! You save my life by providing me that link.
I forgot to set the priority=N
Yum update doesn't show any error anymore now!
Thanks again
