Can this be done?

| I use WHMCS as my billing system and a friend of mine has a hosting package with me but he would like to transfer that package to a different account! Is this possible and if so how?

| why not check at WHMCS website/forum or submit a ticket and ask them

Yes, Just remove him from the current account and add him to another account as per his request. What problem are you facing ?

| To move packages between billing accounts in the same whmcs instance, use 'Move Product/Service to Another Client' option in product/Service tab.
To move an account from one billing system to another you will need to do it manually as I dont think there are direct methods or options for the same.
