Reseller Acct With Geekstorage UN Suspended emails web sites NOT showing

My reseller acct with Geek Storage got suspended yesterday. I paid my past due invoice that resulted in suspension around 4 am this morning. Customer Support claims that the acct unsuspended automatically but yet at 1:45 pm none of my web sites not my domain emails are working. What else could be wrong? Thanks in advance.

Your account was unsuspended immediately after payment of your past due invoices. It appears as though your IP was blocked by a firewall for multiple unsuccessful login attempts. Your IP has been unblocked and you shouldn't have any issues accessing your website at this time. If you have any further issues, please e-mail us at support@geekstorage.com and we'll get you taken care of.
