PHP encryption, best solution?

| What would be the best and cheapest option to encrypt a PHP script? If possible I would also like to give out licenses.
Does anybody have some good advise here?

| kloxo's code is encrtpted in ZEND, makes it unreadable. Dunno much about the specifics/prices, but i know its unreadble to humans.

| You mean obfuscators, and yes, ioncube is the other popular alternative. It's much less expensive than Zend.

| It really depends though most shared providers support both Zends and Ioncubes products.
I personally prefer Ioncube as it's pretty darn good and much cheaper - they also have a tool to do a single script for a few cents instead of a big fee.

| You can also check SourceGuardian, it has all the features and it is very affordable (199$). If you do not require extra/advanced features, they have another product phpshield (99$).
