Refund problem

Posted by huseyin1, 05-24-2012, 07:14 PM
Hello, I have purchased a reseller account from a company ( I dont know whether can I say its name or not). Because of some technical problems, I request for cancelation of my account and refund my money. Despite that site announcment (moneyback guaranty in 30 days), they didn't refund my money. The worst mater is that, they deleted my cancelation ticket after one month. Before it they said me it will be done in 72 hours, but they had deleted my ticket completly (including their replies). How can I do?

Have you tried opening up another ticket and explaining the situation to them? Do you have email copies of the tickets which mentioned that they would refund you in 72 hours?

Oh my god. I find a intresting case there. I searched my email for old posts but I couldn't find any mail. It is so intresting. I openned new ticket for refunding my money again (now), then looked to my email. There is not any email that shows my new ticket content or receiving new ticket also. I think emailing of tickets may be filtered or other maters. I think they let emailing contects that be choosed with their team. Excuse for my bad English. I checked my spam box too. After 10 minute there is not any email. Also only some of my old tickets emailed to me. It is so intresting.

Did you have communicated directly through live chat with billing dept or other technical support for this problem? I have experienced like you. I think live chat is the better ways than opening ticket to solved your problem.

You shall call or talk in online chat with such company representative and let them know the issue and hopefully they shall be able to assist you as a customer.

Did you already move your site away from the web host? If so, I think its safe to mention their name. People might be able to better assist if they know the name of the web host.

Yes, I moved my sites. Now it is clean and without any website. myresellerhome.com was my old reseller provider for 10 days. Now I looked to my new ticket, it is not replied yet. They have themselvs ticket system.

How did you pay for your service and what was the total amount? Have you tried giving them a call? 941-926-6043 Also, it looks like thier live chat is online right now. If I were you, I'd try contacting them one more time (letting them know that if they do not issue your refund, you will issue it for them via charge-back). That is assuming you paid with a debit/credit card.

Legitimate hosting companies should not have to hide their whois information.

1, when looking at any host this is the first thing that comes to mind and is a deal breaker for me, especially if it seems too good to be true.

I paid it with Paypal, total amount is 30 USD. It is not much money. But I am so angry with their non ethical bahaviour. I checked my recently submitted ticket, they had deleted it again

Sounds like they just aren't communicating from what your saying with you, maybe you should just contact Paypal now about the payment you said you made.

Keep in mind that after 45 days PayPal does not allow them to refund, even if they wanted to. Better to open a dispute with PayPal immediately. You are likely to lose the dispute because you purchased a service but it may nudge the seller to refund you. If nothing else it will at least alert PayPal about a possible fraud and help prevent future victims. Note: after 45 days they can still send you money but because it's no longer a refund it will be more expensive to do so, further reducing your changes that they will cooperate.
