server reboot to dracut

| hello!
I have a problem with server after i install LiveCD.iso (centos 6.7) to server.
Now server reboot to dracut, what mean is it?
why is it reboot to dracut.
can this problem fix ? or do i need re-install?
Please help me.

| Send, please screen shot of what do you see during the loading process. And do you take out the instalklation disk?

| you need to change you boot order in BIOS, server should boot from HDD in first boot-order

| I have select boot to /boot for first disk boot-order
it still reboot to dracut:/~#
i can't understand, what is it?
