auto generated server files

| I have been working on mmo server files where the customer can customize his order and get a 1 time download link and its cheap. What im having a problem doing is when the client downloads from the link and the files are 10-20mb my cpu spikes to 80% is this an issue on my script or incorrect cpu stats?

| Sounds like the file is being sent through the script (maybe block by block?).
If your installation of Apache supports it, you should look into using the X-Sendfile header.
