Domain down... everything went down together

hey everyone, I was just transferring my domain to another domain provider, maybe it was a bad idea... but it's already happened. Not sure what happened during the transfer process, today I got an email saying that the domain has been successfully transferred. When I went to the new provider's control panel, it shows that the domain is still pending transfer, and after I contacted them, they said that the domain is not yet completed transferring. before I was using ResellerClub's nameservers for DNS management, now everything went down because the domain is not hosted at Resellerclub anymore... So basically the domain is in limbo somewhere that no one knows where it is, and to be honest I don't really care that much about it, what I care is that my WHMCS is not accessible through the domain at the moment and probably all my client's websites that are using the nameservers. Obviously all my servers are accessible through IP address, so I can access WHMCS and WHM/CPANEL without issues using this method. Could you guys give me a possible solution? Thanks very much

WHOIS is returning some interesting results on your domain. Where are you transferring from -> to? Registrars that is...

Host-nice to juiced studios. So basically resellerclub (or enom, cause they have the same looking control panel) to TPP wholesale. I've managed to email the original white-labeled nameservers from my reseller providers out to my clients, so their websites can get online. Now I'm just gonna try to find out what to do with this domain thing.....

Typically when you transfer a domain between registrars it doesn't change the delegated nameservers. That seems to be what's happened here - your domain is still pointing to the orderbox-dns (resellerclub) nameservers. You need to log into the TPP control panel and delegate the domain to nameservers that are authoritative for it (TPP's / your own / some third party NS).
