So I'm thinking of doing hosting. My question is they give me 5 IP's. Can i create multiple accounts in WHM on a single IP?

Yes you sure can! In WHM, you can specify what IP is used for making new accounts (default IP), and you can also apply dedicated IPs to accounts, and move existing accounts to different IPs. If you need any help with this, I or someone else here would be glad to assist I am sure.

Normally they will assign one dedicated IP for your account and it will be your shared IP for your clients. You can use the extra IP for SSL or some thing like that which specifically requires a dedicated IP. Hope this helps.

Yes, if you have WHMCS it can automatically set up the dedicated IP's and you can charge for them or use the shared IP!

8 IPs (5 usable) are usually included for free with Dedicated Servers. You will get 0-2 included with a Reseller account. You can purchase additional IPs from your provider.
