Payment problem with TurnkeyInternet

I have opened a ticket on this matter, but my last mail has gone unanswered for few days. My TicketID is ZXI-386156, and my last sales was 19 September. It was promised that TurnkeyInternet will pay me in one month after my sale. I deliberately hold any more sales because of this delayed payment. But it seems that this sale would be my last sale for Turnkey. Holding someone's payment and didn't answer the ticket is bad enough. I think I was lucky I tried TurnKey service before put all my clients on TurnKey.
