Verizon's DBIR report was changed this year to show what methods were used to infiltrate networks. It does a really good job of showing where the most vulnerable part of the system is. Overall human's are the weakest link. http://www.verizonenterprise.com/DBIR/

I only watched one of the videos, and shut it off when it said one of the intrusion vectors was DOS attacks. I'm no security expert, but that's not an intrusion, it's a denial of service by overwhelming connections. That left me wondering if it was just the video that was questionable and filled with buzzwords and FUD, or the whole thing. Maybe the entire report has value, but...
